By far one of the best hotels I've stayed so far: staff is super friendly and willing to help, they ask you how you're doing and they will call you by your name. At first we got issues with our room and we got a free upgrade to a better room, which made a ton of difference for us. Breakfast quality and selection was excellent, ranging from fresh fruits/juice to cakes, bread, to fresh made tapiocas and omelettes. Pool and bar service was very good. Getting to have chairs and bar service at beachfront was very good, although no bathroom was an issue. View and location at Madeiro beach was outstanding, super calm and beautiful.

The beach is amazing, the landscape views out of this world. The staff is very friendly and professional, they do their best to fulfill guest demands and expectations. Great service from front desk, restaurants and pool bar!! Food at restaurant is pretty good.

The view is amazing! You can view the whole beach from the top! The restaurant inside is also exceptional. Everything we tried there was great!
